What is needed for an appointment?
In order to book an appointment we will ask you for your First & Last Name, a good number for us to reach you at, and an email address. This way we will be able to confirm your appointment 24 hour prior and send you all the necessary medical forms through our secured online portal. We also require a credit card on file to save the appointment date and time.
Consultations are booked for 15 minutes. This will give you and the nurse time to thoroughly consult and provide the best recommendation.
Botox/Dysport appointments are booked for 30 minutes. In this appointment, the nurse will go over your medical history, explain what the anti-wrinkle treatment is and how it works. The nurse will assess areas of treatment and begin treatment.
Filler appointments are booked for 1+ hours. In this appointment, the nurse will go over your medical history, explain what the filler treatment is and how it works. The nurse will assess areas of treatment. In all filler appointments, the nurses will apply topical numbing cream prior to injection for your comfort.
Who is allowed in my appointment?
We ask that you come solo to your appointments. This allows your nurse to focus on you without any distractions. Children are not allowed in treatment rooms due to the safety of them, you and our staff.

We do not recommend units over the phone. We like to make sure you get the best answer and with that our nurses need to see you in person to determine how much product you will need.
Everyone’s chin profile is different, so our Sachi Aesthetics Nurse will tailor a treatment just for you. The number of treatment sessions will vary based on the amount of fat under the chin and your overall treatment goals.
What should I expect after my appointment?
All treatments have a common side effect of bruising. Bruising can last up to and sometimes longer than 2 weeks. Sachi Aesthetics will give you a courtesy call two weeks after your appointment to see how you are doing. If you are not sure what you are experiencing is normal, please call or email us and we will be more than happy to help.
What if I don’t show up for my appointment?
We make sure we send a reminder email and text a day prior to your appointment, we don’t want to miss you. Sachi Aesthetics does have a no show fee of $50.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Your appointment is very important to us and is scheduled especially for you. However, we do understand that life happens and that you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Nonetheless, we kindly ask that you give us the proper notice so we have the opportunity to fill your empty spot on our calendar. For this reason, a cancellation & no show fees will apply to missed or cancelled appointments, without proper notice. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to the following policies:
NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Upon scheduling an appointment with Sachi Aesthetics, clients will now be required to put a credit card number on file. If a client does no show or cancel their appointment same day, a $25 fee will be charged to the card on file. To avoid this fee, we ask that clients please provide us at least 24 hours notice, prior to their appointment or when we call to confirm, that they would like to either cancel or reschedule.
- This policy does apply to appointments made for the same day as scheduled.
- If a pre-booked appointment is no showed, the pre-booking discount will be voided and the card on file will be charged.
What if I’m running late to my appointment?
If you are running late, please call or text us as soon as possible. If you happen to be running more than 15 minutes past the appointment time, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. In this case we’ll offer the option to reschedule to make sure we’re not running late for our other clients.
